I trained for a 50K but I entered a 12 hour run, not knowing exactly how much I would end up moving in the timeframe. My best goal was 35, my better was 40 to 45, and my best was 50. I ended up completing 45 miles (and my longest run to date through the training was about 23-25). I am a pretty experienced endurance athlete but only starting lifting with any regularity or plan in January of 2024. FInding your template is exactly what I needed.
