12 week template to train for The Crucible, held in October, including:
12-week Powerlifting cycle
12-week Olympic lifting cycle
Kettlebell long-cycle work
Wingate training
12-week endurance training, with peak, taper, and peak for race/test day
Can be utilized as our strongest, most competition-specific hybrid template yet. Beginner, Intermediate, and Elite track for strength/oly/endurance components. Now includes two "Everyman's" templates, one for Pro (fully moderate volume level) and one for Scaled (fully moderate volume level).
