Contains 2 strength tracks (full gym, and minimal), and 6 distance selections (65km, 80km, 100km, 120km, 140km, 160km). This template still includes the strength bias selector (0-100 in 25% steps), optional ab work, adjustable strength days (3 or 4), and now includes the option to bias your running volume toward a more even weekly distribution, or stacking miles on weekends. Athletes can make a choice based on their individual availability and ability to train, rather than needing to make the adjustments themselves.
