An updated version of our Strength+10k template, containing 2 strength priority tracks, and 3 running priority tracks, as well as the strength bias slider. This redesign allows us to serve MORE athletes, MORE effectively, with MORE CHP "goodness."

Just wanted to say I could not be happier with the Strength + 10k program. Hitting lifts and pace targets while being able to visibly see body comp changing. On my “Performance Condition” from Garmin I’ve always been in the negative which I thought was just because I wasn’t a good runner (6’2, 215lbs) but around Week 6 I noticed it started showing in the positives and has been that way ever since on my runs. Pretty neat!
